@properties Christie’s International Real Estate launched its ‘LOVE Letters’ campaign to generate brand awareness with heartwarming content while building off the firm’s deep connection to the sentiment. The campaign was designed to highlight the emotional connection @properties Christie’s International Real Estate has with the community, with dozens of LOVE Letters written for our neighborhoods, clients, agents, and staff through print ads, OOH, external and internal websites, postcards, videos, and social media.

The campaign included over 40 LOVE letters to communities served by @properties Christie’s International Real Estate agents, from Southwest Michigan to Chicagoland and Southeast Wisconsin. These letters included specific events, attractions, festivities that the communities are known for, as the copy was intended to feel authentic and as if it was written by someone who lives in the community. Subsequently, the writing process for the letters required a lot of time and research. Agents expressed appreciation at receiving their love letters, and they were also happy to have ‘LOVE letters’ assets to share with their sphere.

Staff expressed their appreciation at receiving their own LOVE letter and LOVE letters gear. The “Dear Chicago, We Love You” video, which was promoted through paid advertisements on social platforms, including Meta and Adwerx, racked up significant views on YouTube and was also shown at regional theaters
