2025 Brandie Awards Terms and Conditions

This page describes the terms and conditions for the 2025 Brandie Awards, presented by IntelligenceBank.
The Brandie Awards Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time.

ELIGIBILITY

Time Period. You (the “entrant”) may nominate to IntelligenceBank (the “sponsor”) any individual or team aligned with a company supporting or creating relevant campaigns, brand portals or marketing case studies that were active sometime between January 1 2024 and April 1 2025.

Entry Timeline. The final deadline for entry is June 13 2025.

Eligible Categories. Eligible categories are exclusive to those described at https://brandies.awardsplatform.com

Purchase. No purchase or payment of any money is necessary to enter. 

Multiple Categories. The same Nominee may be nominated for multiple categories.  

SUBMISSIONS

Submission Categories. Categories for 2025 are as follows:

Best Brand Campaign
This category will celebrate campaigns that effectively emphasize the company’s brand identity, core message or story. Competitive entries will be driven by a specific goal to improve brand equity, awareness or another result.

Best Rebrand or Brand Update
This brand award category will recognize excellence in either a comprehensive overhaul in identity or a significant update in market positioning, brand relevance or emotional resonance. Competitive entries will be able to tell a concise and compelling story about what prompted the decision to execute the changes and any perceived qualitative or quantitative feedback.

Best Brand Portal Design and Execution
This award category will seek out excellence in brand portal design, using evocative imagery representative of core brand identity. In addition,
Brandie Award winners will provide evidence of outstanding UX and innovative use cases that truly enable internal and external partners.

Confidential Information. Your Submission must not contain confidential information of any entity or individual. 

Originality. Your Submission must be original, exclusively created and owned by entrant or nominee.

Language. Your Submission must be submitted in English. 

Process. Your Submission may only be submitted by uploading through the Awards Site at https://brandies.awardsplatform.com

 

RIGHTS

Entrant Rights. The entrant must have all rights necessary to post and submit the submission. This includes getting all necessary permissions from any person or company that has rights in the Submission, including the company creating the campaign client for whom the campaign was created.

IntelligenceBank Rights. By entering a submission, entrant and nominee grant a nonexclusive, worldwide license to use, display, reprint, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, and process the content of your submission in the event that you are an award winner in the context of the Brandie Awards. This includes images or videos you may submit. IntelligenceBank is free to discuss and publish your campaign, the name of the company and general details of the submission, including on its website, podcast and social media channels within the context of your Brandie Awards win. Your submission may be edited for minor corrections (e.g., spelling, grammar, or formatting). Prior to announcing your Brandie Award Win, IntelligenceBank will endeavor to exclude from public information information that it deems particularly sensitive, including non-public key performance indicators, metrics, methodologies and other data submitted to prove the efficacy of the campaign. IntelligenceBank will solely make these determinations.

 

NOTIFICATION

Permission to Contact. Sponsor collects and uses the personal information you provide when you enter the awards for the purposes of administering the awards and prize fulfillment. By entering a submission, entrant and nominee give consent to receive messages from sponsor relating to the Awards. IntelligenceBank may also contact entrants about IntelligenceBank products. IntelligenceBank is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason.

Winners’ List. Individuals may view the names of the winners on IntelligenceBank.com. IntelligenceBank will also attempt to contact entrants via email and/or social media with the winners’ list.

 

DETERMINATION AND AWARDS

Determination Date. Winners will be determined during June and July 2025. A notification date will be determined based on the volume of submissions and our ensuing process. 

Judging. IntelligenceBank, its employees and anyone on the judging committee reserves the right to reject any nomination for any reason. No correspondence or discussion will be entered into regarding the selection of Winners. Further, entrants acknowledge that judging brand and marketing awards is a subjective exercise and not an exact science solely or partially based on revenue attainment or other measures.

Winners. The number of winners per category is at the sole discretion of the judges. Winners will be determined at the time of judgement, and it is possible that some categories may merit more winners than other categories. 

Awards. Winners will receive public recognition, including on the IntelligenceBank website and/or social media channels, and a potential invitation to appear on IntelligenceBank’s Brand Intelligence podcast. Category winners will receive a Brandie Award trophy. 

Odds. Odds of a nominee being named a Winner depend on the number and quality of eligible submissions received during the Nomination Period.
