This quarter’s updates make it easier to find marketing assets, scale compliance reviews across more content types and keep briefs moving with full accountability. Here’s a summary of what’s new.

AI descriptions for every marketing asset, automatically
If your Digital Asset Managment system has grown over the years, chances are a lot of assets are sitting there without useful descriptions, which makes them hard to find and easy to overlook.
AI Asset Descriptions fixes that. IntelligenceBank now automatically generates clear, professional, searchable descriptions for images in your DAM. You can run it across your existing library in bulk, or set it to apply automatically whenever new assets are uploaded.
The result is consistent, descriptive descriptions across your library, without needing to write a single description manually.

Automatically review video and audio for risk, with AI
Most compliance workflows are built around written content. But a lot of marketing output isn’t written, it’s spoken: product demos, social videos, radio ads, training content. Until now, reviewing that content for compliance risks meant someone actually had to watch or listen to it.
IntelligenceBank now automatically converts video and audio files into transcripts and reviews the spoken content against your existing risk rules. If something gets flagged, you can see the exact statement and the context around it, making it faster to assess and respond.

Catch compliance issues before designs leave Figma
The later a compliance issue is caught, the more expensive it is to fix. A problem spotted during design review is a quick edit. The same problem caught after sign-off means rework, delays and frustration for everyone involved.
The Figma Risk Reviews Add-On lets designers review and resolve legal, brand and compliance risks without leaving Figma. It applies your existing IntelligenceBank risk rules during the design process itself, so fewer issues make it to the approval stage. When a design is ready, it can be pushed directly into an IntelligenceBank approval workflow in one step.

Shutterstock marketing assets, straight into your DAM
Licensing an image or video from Shutterstock and then downloading it, renaming it, and uploading it to your DAM is the kind of small, repetitive task that adds up over time and creates room for marketing assets to end up in the wrong place, or not in your DAM at all.
With the new Shutterstock integration, that process is fully automated. The moment a marketing asset is licensed, it’s added directly to a designated folder in your DAM with Shutterstock metadata already mapped to your DAM fields. Your library stays complete, organized and up to date without anyone having to manage it manually.

More control over Collections
Collections have been given a significant performance and usability upgrade with faster load times when working with large groups of marketing assets, simpler ways to add or remove assets, and clearer visibility over who owns each collection and who it’s been shared with.

Manage briefs with full visibility and accountability
Briefs are where a lot of important decisions get made, but in most tools, there’s no reliable record of what was discussed, what changed, or who approved what. That makes it hard to manage disputes, demonstrate compliance, or understand how a brief evolved.
IntelligenceBank now lets you proof and comment directly on briefs, create new versions and compare them side-by-side, and maintain a complete approval history, including who approved each version and when. Every change is tracked and approval snapshots are retained so you always have a clear record to refer back to.
